Abstract | To further develop a double diaphragm pump that comprises a mechanical drive mechanism with a pump housing 10, the pump housing having at least one suction connection part 72, at least one discharge connection part 82, a first diaphragm chamber 40 and a second diaphragm chamber 50.SOLUTION: A mechanical drive mechanism has a drive piston 120, a ball joint 112 that can be housed in the drive piston, and a housing 100 that can be coupled to the ball joint.
