Abstract | The present invention relates to a surface-treated filler material product comprising filler material comprising at least one epoxy-functional compound having one or more epoxy group(s) and/or reaction products thereof, a process for preparing said surface-treated filler material product, a polymer composition comprising at least one polymeric resin and from 1 to 70 wt.-%, based on the total weight of the polymer composition, of said surface-treated filler material product, a polymeric article comprising said surface-treated filler material product and/or the polymer composition as well as the use of the surface-treated filler material product to reduce degradation of the mechanical properties in a polymeric article comprising the surface-treated filler material product when exposed to UV light. |
