An air environment control system (10) includes one or more adjustment devices that adjust an air environment in a space; and a control device (100) that controls the one or more adjustment devices. The air environment control device (100) includes an air environment control unit (110) that controls (i) at least one of the one or more adjustment devices to create a cooler environment in the space, when a person does intellectual work in the space; and (ii) at least one of the one or more adjustment devices to create a warmer environment warmer than the cooler environment in the space, when the person has a break in the space. The control unit (110) further controls at least one of the one or more adjustment devices to apply cool stimulation to the person, when the person starts the intellectual work in the space.
