Abstract | The method can be used to disassemble a photovoltaic module (1) comprising a first protection element (2) forming a front face of the photovoltaic module (1), a second protection element (3) forming a rear face of the photovoltaic module (1), photovoltaic cells (4) arranged between the first protection element (2) and the second protection element (3), a casing (5) encapsulating the photovoltaic cells (4), said casing (5) linking the first protection element (2) to the second protection element (3). The disassembly method comprises a step (E2) of removing the second protection element (3) comprising: - a step (E2-1) of removing part (9) of the casing (5) by using a beam (10) of energetic particles from a cutting head (11) to detach the second protection element (3) from the photovoltaic cells (4), - a step (E2-2) of gradually moving the second protection element (3) away from the photovoltaic cells (4) as the step (E2-1) of removing the part (9) of the casing (5) progresses. |
