Summary:A PTC heating module for heating a fluid comprising with two contact electrodes (3,4). A PTC thermistor element (6) of a certain thickness (7) is located between the contact electrodes (3,4) and has two main surfaces (8,9) which are located opposite each other at the thickness (7). At least one of the main surfaces is divided into a contact area (10) and a rest area (11) so that a clearance and/or creepage distance (13) is formed between the contact electrodes (3,4) which is greater than the thickness (7) of the PTC thermistor element (6).
