The present invention provides a resin sheet having liquid repellency. Additionally, the present invention provides an article using the liquid-repellent resin sheet. The present invention is a liquid-repellent resin sheet comprising a bumpy layer 1 having bumps 1a of at least one type on one surface thereof, and a liquid-repellent layer 2 provided on the surface having the bumps 1a on the bumpy layer 1; wherein the bumpy layer 1 contains a thermoplastic resin composition; the liquid-repellent layer 2 contains a fluorine-based copolymer resin composition containing hydrophilic microparticles; and the bumps 1a have an aspect ratio (bump height/bump bottom diameter) of 0.6 to 2.5. The thermoplastic resin composition preferably has a melt mass-flow rate, at 190 °C to 300 °C, of 4 g/10 min or higher.
