A laminated steel sheet for a both-sided resin-coated container according to the present invention includes a steel sheet, a first polyester resin layer formed on a surface of the steel sheet serving as an inner side of a container after the container is formed, and a second polyester resin layer formed on a surface of the steel sheet serving as an outer side of the container after the container is formed. The first polyester resin layer includes a polyethylene terephthalate content of 95% by weight or more and has a degree of crystallinity in a range of 3% to 25%. The second polyester resin layer includes polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate and has a proportion of polybutylene terephthalate in a range of 40% by mass to 80% by weight.
