Abstract | A wind turbine, comprising: at least two sets of power transmission systems, the power transmission systems being connected in parallel to each other; and a control system (2) comprising an upper-level controller (22) and control subsystems provided corresponding to each set of power transmission systems. Each set of control subsystems comprises a bottom-level controller (21). The bottom-level controller (21) is used for monitoring operating state parameters of functional units in corresponding power transmission systems, and sending the operating state parameters of the corresponding functional units to the upper-level controller (22) if it is determined that the corresponding functional units meet abnormal conditions according to the operating state parameters. The upper-level controller (22) is used for generating an operating instruction if it is determined that failures occur in the corresponding functional units according to the operating state parameters of the corresponding functional units, and controlling the power transmission systems to operate according to the operating instruction. The wind turbine is fully utilized, and the generating capacity of the wind turbine is thus improved. Also disclosed is a control method for a wind turbine. |
