Abstract A wireless communication device includes a transmission unit that transmits a signal to a plurality of destinations after waiting for a common waiting time set for transmission to the plurality of destinations, a counter that updates a counter value on the basis of acknowledgement information from each destination for the signal transmitted by the transmission unit, and an update determination unit that determines a settable range of the common waiting time which is to be set for transmission to a plurality of scheduled transmission destinations according to the counter value. The transmission unit determines the common waiting time for transmission to the plurality of scheduled transmission destinations on the basis of the settable range determined by the update determination unit.
