Abstract A support for cell cultures (1 ) comprising a culture chamber (10) defining a supporting surface (12) for a cell construct; a first body (20) and a second body (30) suitable to be reciprocally coupled so as to define the culture chamber (10); said first body (20) comprises a block (21) defining a portion of culture chamber (10) suitable to be coupled with the second body (30) by fitting to obtain an airtight seal; a transparent support (22) defining the supporting surface (12); and a base (23) suitable to be coupled with the block (21) to obtain an airtight seal and hold the transparent support (22) between the block (21) and the base (23) and comprising an aperture (23b) suitable to be superimposed on at least part of the transparent support (22).
