The present invention relates to a food dough cutting apparatus configured to cut a food dough into small food dough having a preset given weight, comprising a weighing conveyor configured to be capable of loading thereon the entire food dough and of measuring a total weight of the loaded food dough, a downstream conveyor configured to support the food dough transferred from the weighing conveyor; a cutting device moving in a vertical direction provided between the weighing conveyor and the downstream conveyor; and a control device configured to control an operation of the cutting device, wherein the control device is configured to continuously control that the total weight of the food dough is updated as a new total weight of the food dough after the small food dough having the preset given weight was cut at the previous cutting operation, thereby repeating the transferring and measuring and cutting operations.
