Abstract Appropriate path control is performed for a node replicated in a mobile communication network. A mobile communication system 1 includes an OpenFlow network 30 and CSCFs 10, 20. The CSCF 10 comprises a terminal information assigning unit 11 that assigns information of an incoming terminal 80 of a destination of a signal accommodated in the CSCF 20 to a header part of a signal destined for the CSCF 20, and a transmission unit 12 that transmits the signal. The OpenFlow network 30 comprises a storage unit 41 that stores a correspondence relationship between the incoming terminal 80 and a device 20a, 20b accommodating the incoming terminal 80 among replicated CSCFs 20, an open flow reception unit 42 that receives a signal destined for the CSCF 20, a terminal information acquisition unit 43 that acquires information of the incoming terminal 80 from the header part of the signal, a transmission destination identification unit 44 that identifies the device 20a, 20b that is a transmission destination from the information, and an open flow transmission unit 45 that transmits a signal to the identified device.
