| Abstract | A system includes an oven and an apparatus configured for holding at least one food item and being inserted in a cavity of the oven through an open end of the cavity. A baffle provided on the oven or apparatus has a height extending between the peripheral rim and an upper wall of the oven cavity for restricting flow of gas out of the cavity from the apparatus.
