A flow damping device (5) comprising a permeable mass (6) having inlet (61) and outlet (62) for the medium and a permeable mass (7) with inlet (71) and outlet (72) for the medium, is arranged before the input. An oscillatable flow connector (8) connects outlet (62) with inlet (71) such that the minimal flow cross section (d) of connector is smaller than inlet cross-section (E) at inlet (61) or smaller than the outlet section (A) at the outlet (72).
