Summary:The assembly has rotor blade retention slots running in an axial direction of a rotor at an outer periphery of a shaft collar. A radially outwardly open groove is arranged at a front-sided side surface of the collar in an area of the slots. A sheet-like sealing element (16) is seated in the groove for axial securing of rotor blades and forms a front-sided sealing ring in a peripheral direction. The sealing element has a metal strip (30) with a bracket (64) that is form-fittingly laid at the blades or the collar, where the metal strip is made of shape memory alloy.
