Summary:The invention relates to a solar energy concentrator-collector device comprising a stationary reflector-concentrator (1) with reflector-concentrator modules (5) joined to a stationary structure (21) forming a matrix. Each reflector-concentrator module (5) comprises a frame (6) and at least one reflective surface portion (8) configured to reflect the sun's rays and concentrate them in a linear focus. The stationary structure (21) is formed by frames (6) fixed to supporting profiles (13a, 13b, 13c). A mobile receiver (2) comprises a mobile structure (3) supporting receptor elements (35) parallel to the linear foci. A tracking mechanism (4) is connected to several the supporting profiles (13a) and to the mobile structure (3) in order to support and move the mobile structure (3) on the stationary reflector-concentrator (1) so that the receptor elements (35) follow a path of maximum confluence of the sun's rays reflected by the reflective surfaces as the relative position of the sun changes.
