Abstract A delaminated bottle type filling container, comprising a delaminated bottle type container body having an outer shell layer (5) and an inner layer (6) deforming with a decrease in volume and a filling cap body (20), wherein a pair of vertical band-shaped adhesive bands (9) is formed by adhering the outer shell layer (5) to the inner layer (6) over the range of generally overall height of the container body, and a relation between the peripheral length values of the inner layer (6) between both adhered bands (9) and the width values of the adhesive bands (9) is set, whereby the residual amount of contents can be reduced.
