Abstract A unitary current path structure (52) for a circuit breaker (30) is provided. The unitary current path structure (52) includes a terminal portion (54) that is configured to couple with an electrical circuit (20). A flexible portion (58) is coupled to the terminal portion (54). A movable portion (56) is coupled to the flexible portion (58). The unitary current path structure (52) is fabricated from a plurality of sheets (86) stacked in a laminate arrangement. The terminal portion (54) and movable portion (56) are formed through a solidification process.
