Abstract The invention relates to an "in vitro" method for determining the global genetic risk a subject has of developing a pathology associated with aging. Said method is based on the combination of particular genetic risks of developing common pathologies associated with aging. Said particular genetic risks are determined from the results obtained from the simultaneous genotyping of certain genetic variations associated with said pathologies associated with aging and the main objective of which is the use thereof in anti-aging medicine.
