Abstract | The device has a magnetic mobile element (50) moved with respect to a fixed element i.e. substrate (52), and an activation unit for activating the mobile element. A magnetic unit (30) defining a plane generates remanent magnetization along a direction contained in the plane. Another magnetic unit (40') defining another plane generates remanent magnetization in a direction contained in the other plane. A reversing unit i.e. conductor (36), reverses the direction of the remanent magnetization of the magnetic units comprising Cobalt-Platinum multilayered stacks by thermal effects.
L'invention concerne un dispositif nano-commutateur comportant :
- au moins un élément fixe (52) et au moins un élément au moins partiellement en un matériau magnétique et mobile (50) par rapport à l'élément fixe,
- des moyens d'activation de l'élément mobile, comportant :
- au moins un premier et un deuxième moyen magnétique (30, 30', 40, 40') chacun de forme plane, définissant un premier et un deuxième plan, pour engendrer une aimantation rémanente selon une direction contenue dans ledit premier plan ou perpendiculaire à ce premier plan,
- des moyens (36, 36') pour inverser la direction de l'aimantation rémanente d'au moins un desdits premier et deuxième moyens magnétiques. |
