Summary:The method involves supplying light sources e.g. laser, for two of different primary colors (B, G, R) with current, where the light sources are temporally displaced against each other, and a light source for white light with current. The light sources are supplied with current to start and/or to end each period with a variable trailing edge and/or with a variable leading edge. One of the light sources with variable leading and/or trailing edge, particularly symmetrical to a middle period, is supplied with current in the middle period. An independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out a method for periodic emitting of mixed light color from primary color-light source.
