Summary: | A gas-barrier, multi-layer structure includes at least one gas barrier layer and at least one resin layer. The gas-barrier layer is made of a composite resin C containing a polyamide resin and a phyllosilicate treated with an organic swelling agent. The polyamide resin is obtained by polycondensing m-xylylenediamine with an ±, É-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. The resin layer is made of a thermoplastic resin D having a glass transition point lower than that of the composite resin C. The gas-barrier, multi-layer structure is produced by stretch-thermoforxning an unstretched laminate under specific conditions. With such stretch-thermoforming under specific conditions, the whitening and the reduction of gas-barrier property each being due to fine cracks in the resin are prevented, to provide the multi-layer structure excellent in the transparency and gas-barrier property. |
