Abstract | The present invention relates to an electrode (200) comprising:
an electrode current collector (210);
an electrode active material layer (230) formed on the electrode current collector; and
a Si-containing material layer (220) formed on at least one of the electrode current collector and the electrode active material layer, the Si-containing material layer comprising a Si-containing compound of Formula I:
wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted thiol group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryloxy group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkylcarbonyl group;
