A self organising cellular radio communication system resource allocation system has an access point / central controller (AP/CC) to allocate radio resources (R1, R2) on request for DiL (Direct Link) phase direct communication between subscribers (MT1-12) with reuse depending on quality of service and location in different areas (B1, B2). Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Vergabe von Funkressourcen (R1, R2) in einem zumindest teilweise selbstorganisierenden Funkkommunikationssystem mit mehreren Teilnehmerstationen (MT1, MT2, MT3, MT4, MT5), wobei das Funkkommunikationssystem mindestens eine zentrale Instanz (AP/CC) zur Organisation der Vergabe von Funkressourcen (R1, R2) umfasst, sowie ein entsprechendes Funkkommunikationssystem. Erfindungsgemäß werden zumindest teilweise von der mindestens einen zentralen Instanz (AP/CC) Ressourcen (R1) für eine direkte Kommunikation zwischen jeweils mindestens zwei Teilnehmerstationen (MT1, MT2; MT4, MT5) mehrfach vergeben.
