Abstract New phosphated zeolites of structural type CON, containing no more than 10% P and with a characteristic diffraction pattern, after calcination, as shown in the table are new, where tf = very weak (below 10), f = weak (below 20), m = medium (20-40), F = strong (40-60) and TF = very strong (above 60). Also claimed are their method of preparation and uses in catalytic cracking processes. Preferably zeolites in the aluminosilicate or borosilicate forms with an atomic ratio Si/Al or Si/B of 5-500. The phosphorus content is no more than 5%. On décrit une zéolithe au phosphore de type structural CON sous forme aluminosilicique ou borosilicique, contenant au plus 10% en poids de phosphore, son procédé de préparation à partir de zéolithes existantes (SSZ26, SSZ33 ou CIT-1) ou à partir de zéolithes beta et d'un agent structurant organique qui est le N, N, N triméthyl-1 adamantammonium hydroxyde ou le N, N, N triméthyl-2 adamantammonium hydroxyde.
