As a powdery pharmaceutical preparation of the invention uses starch as a porous carrier, it is harmless to the human body, capable of stably supplying in a large amount, and low in production cost, and neither needs any complicated processing nor causes environmental problems owing to its perfect biodegradability, so that it can be used widely in various industrial fields.
