Abstract | Die Erfindung betrifft Deacetylasegene, Verfahren zu ihrer Isolierung und ihre Verwendung, insbesondere zur Erzeugung transgener Pflanzen unter Einsatz gewebespezifischer Promotoren. In diesen Pflanzen kann die Entwicklung bestimmter Pflanzenteile gezielt verhindert werden. Ferner lassen sich mit Hilfe von Deacetylasegenen gewebespezifische Promotoren in transgenen Pflanzen identifizieren und isolieren.
The invention relates to deacetylase genes, a process for their isolation and their use, in particular for the production of transgenic plants using tissue-specific promoters. The development of certain plant parts can be specifically prevented in these plants. Tissue-specific promoters in transgenic plants can also be identified and isolated with the aid of deacetylase genes. |
