Summary:The invention relates to a roof structure comprising mineral wool as a thermal insulation structure and a supporting roof structure, particularly for gently sloping roofs. The thermal insulation structure comprises a single-layered insulation layer comprising mineral wool lamellae and a vapour barrier, wherein the mineral wool fibres of the lamellae are oriented perpendicularly to the two main surfaces of the insulation layer, wherein the vapour barrier comprises at least one bitumen membrane and in that the insulation layer by one of its main surfaces is attached to a supporting roof structure by means of a vapour barrier without fasteners penetrating the vapour barrier. Leiutis käsitleb katusekonstruktsiooni, mis koosneb mineraalvillal baseeruvast soojustusstruktuurist ja kandestruktuurist katuste, eelistatult väikese kaldega katuste soojuslikuks isoleerimiseks. Konstruktsioon sisaldab mineraalvillast lamellidest ja aurutõkkest koosnevat ühekihilist soojusisolatsioonipaketti, kusjuures lamellide mineraalvillakiud on orienteeritud perpendikulaarselt isolatsioonipaketi kahe põhipinna suhtes. Aurutõke sisaldab vähemalt ühte bituumen-membraani ja soojusisolatsioonipakett on ühe oma põhipinnaga kinnitatud kandestruktuuri külge aurutõkke abil nii, et kinnitusvahendid ei läbista aurutõket.
