Abstract The invention is related to pipe rolling, in particular, to roll-pass design for finishing stands of continuous mandrel-type mills, and can be used in tube rolling in three-roll passes. The pass of a three-roll tube-rolling mill is formed by roll grooves wherein the cross-section contour of each groove is formed by the following arcs arranged symmetrically relative to the pass axis transverse to the roller rotation axis: a central arc, radius tapers conjugated with the central arc and formed by two arcs conjugated with each other, and arcs of peripheral areas. Ranges of angles appropriate to arcs of radius tapers, and relationship between the pass width and height are defined. Application of the invention provides uniform wall thickness in cross-section of the rolled stock and reduction of mandrel embracing by rolled stock metal. Изобретение относится к трубопрокатному производству, в частности к калибровке валков чистовых клетей непрерывных оправочных станов, и может быть использовано при прокатке труб в трехвалковых калибрах. Калибр трехвалкового трубопрокатного стана образован ручьями валков, профиль поперечного сечения каждого из которых образован расположенными симметрично относительно оси калибра, перпендикулярной оси вращения валка, следующими дугами: центральной дугой, сопряженными с ней радиусными выпусками, образованными сопряженными между собой двумя дугами, а также дугами периферийных участков. Определены диапазоны углов, соответствующие дугам радиусных выпусков, и соотношение ширины и высоты калибра. Использование изобретения обеспечивает равномерную толщину стенки в поперечном сечении раската и уменьшение охвата оправки металлом раската.
