Summary: | Filled chocolates arrive on a cooling elevator in filled moulds at a coordinator and are moved over a sliding section to a belt conveyor on which a slight deformation is applied to assist the sepn. of cope and drag. The drag is held down as the cope is levered off and deposited on a return conveyor. In an upturning station the drag is overturned and the filled yocolate is taken by another belt to a tin foil wrapping machine, whilst the drag is returned by the same belt as the cope to the casting station. ADVANTAGE - This automates the sepn. of chocolates from their moulds and increases the productivity. |
