Cam 18 is mounted on pivot 20 so that its camming surface can bear on the lever. Wheel 34 is mounted on the same axis 20 and rotates with the cam. Wheel 36 is pivoted eccentrically around rod 38 and falls under its own weight into contact with the wheel 34, jamming it so that the cam cannot be moved away from the lever, only towards it.
