The reflector has an outer reflector element (1), e.g. a concave reflector ring, defining the light output opening, a number of light conductors (4) extending perpendicular to the outer reflector element and at least one inner reflector element (2), contained within the light output opening. The inner reflector element is single-walled and may be provided by an endless band formed into a ring, positioned at the centre point of the reflector, with the light conductors provided as spokes extending between the inner and outer reflector elements.
