Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung (1) mit einem elektrokeramischen Bauteil (2), das einen ersten elektrischen Kontakt (3A), der an einer ersten Seitenfläche (2A) des elektrokeramischen Bauteils (2) in der Anregungszone (11) vorgesehen ist, und einen zweiten elektrischen Kontakt (3B), der an einer zweiten Seitenfläche (2B) des elektrokeramischen Bauteils (2) vorgesehen ist. Eine Vergussmasse (20) ist um das elektrokeramische Bauteil (2) angebracht, so dass der erste elektrische Kontakt (3A) und der zweite elektrische Kontakt (3B) von der Vergussmasse (20) bedeckt sind und ein freies Ende (26) eines Abschnitts (24) der Hochspannungszone (12) des elektrokeramischen Bauteils (2) ein freies Ende (22) der Vergussmasse (20) überragt.
