Abstract The arrangement has a controlled optical element comprising a transparent and elastic membrane (2), and a transparent carrier (1) connected with the membrane on a connection side of the optical element, where the connection side is designed as a hinge connection (3). A closed volume (5) is filled with optical fluid, and a counter side of the optical element is connected with a connection (6) for the optical fluid or with a connection (7) for working medium over a working chamber (4), where remaining sides of the optical element are designed as variable limiting surfaces. Anordnung zur Lichtumlenkung, bestehend aus zeilen- und spaltenförmig angeordneten gesteuerten optischen Elementen, die es ermöglichen, einfallendes Licht einer variablen Lichtquelle, unabhängig vom Aufenthaltsort der Quelle, demzufolge unabhängig von Azimut und Elevation des Ortes der Quelle und ohne die Verwendung komplizierter Nachführmechaniken, immer in die gleiche, vorher bestimmbare Richtung, umzuleiten.
