Abstract | The engine has a recuperator preheating fluidic working medium e.g. water, from a feed pump by hot gaseous working medium from a turbine outlet. A thermal solar collector i.e. focusing parabolic trough, heats heat transfer medium i.e. heat transfer oil. An evaporator evaporates the transfer medium. The heat transfer medium passes through guide blades and a housing of an expansion turbine such that the guide blades and the housing function as a heat exchanger, where the expansion turbine is isothermally operated. A heat exchanger is integrated in the expansion turbine.
