Summary:The device (1) has an interface (2) for inputting physical ergo data e.g. blood pressure level, and attributes about specific characteristics of a selectable navigation route. A processing unit (6) determines an operating range and/or time frame for a mobile user based on the ergo data and specific characteristics of the navigation route. The processing unit calculates a roadway and/or return path based on the specific characteristics of the navigation route and a charge condition of a battery. An independent claim is also included for a method for determining an operating range and/or time frame for a mobile user using a navigation device. Bei einer Navigationseinrichtung ist mindestens eine Schnittstelle (2) zur Eingabe von insbesondere physischen Ergodaten sowie Attributen über besondere Eigenschaften einer auswählbaren Navigationsroute vorgesehen. Weiter sind Mittel (6) vorgesehen, die in Abhängigkeit der Ergodaten und der besonderen Eigenschaften der Navigationsroute sowie gegebenenfalls weiterer Daten einen Aktionsradius und/oder einen Zeitrahmen für den mobilen Nutzer ermitteln.
