Abstract | The heat exchanger has a housing and a hollow cooling profile (1) are made of extruded aluminum sheath, in which the hollow cooling profile is arranged in the housing. The cooling profile have a receiving groove (2) and a fastening web (3), by which the cooling profile is connected with the housing or with another cooling profile.
Vorgeschlagen wird ein Aluminium-Systemkühler (15), der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass innerhalb eines Gehäuses (4) Kühlprofile (1, 10, 11) über eine Aufnahmenut (2, 20) und einen Befestigungssteg (3) ineinander geschoben und zu einer Kühlmatrix (12) konfiguriert sind, die endseitig mit dem Gehäuse (4) verbunden ist. Kühlprofile (1, 10, 11) und Gehäuse (4) bestehen dabei aus einem Aluminium-Strangpressprofil. Während des Ineinanderschiebens des Befestigungsstegs (3) in die Aufnahmenut (2, 20) kommt es zu einer Kaltverfestigung und Verdichtung des Aluminiums. |
