Abstract | Verschleißfeste Kette mit jeweils mittels eines Kettengelenks (4,23) miteinander verbundenen Kettengliedern (2,3;13,14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein einem Reibverschleiß ausgesetzter Oberflächenbereich (24,18,19) der Kettengelenke (4,23) und/oder des Kettengliedes (2,3;13,14) mit einer Verschleißschutzbeschichtung (25,26,27) mit zumindest zum Teil nanokristalliner Struktur versehen ist, wobei die Verschleißschutzbeschichtung (25,26,27) eine amorphe Matrix umfasst, in der die Nanokristalle eingebettet sind und wobei der Matrixanteil ≤ 10 Vol.-% beträgt.
The present invention relates to a wear-resistant chain comprising chain links (2, 3, 13, 14) respectively linked to each other by means of a chain joint (4, 23). At least one surface area (24, 18, 19) of the chain joints and/or of the chain links exposed to rubbing wear is provided with a wear-resistant coating (25, 26, 27) with an at least partially nanocrystalline structure.
