An agent for protecting the skin from aqueous solutions comprises (weight %) (A) high viscosity paraffin oil (0.1-50), (B) petrolatum (0.1-40), (C) carnauba wax (0.1-10), (D) additional wax(es) (0.1-5), (E) low viscosity paraffin or silicone oil (0.1-30) and optionally (F) additional macro or micro-crystalline wax(es) (0-40). The invention relates to a product for protecting skin against aqueous solutions. Said product contains 0.1 to 50 wt. % of viscous paraffin oil, 0.1 to 40 wt. % of petrolatum, 0.1 to 10 wt. % of carnauba wax, 0.1 to 5 wt. % of at least one additional wax, 0.1 to 30 wt. % of thin paraffin oil and/or silicon oil and 0 to 40 wt. % of at least one additional macro- and/or microcrystalline wax. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mittel zum Schutz der Haut vor wässrigen Lösungen, umfassend 0,1 bis 50 Gew.-% dickflüssiges Paraffinöl, 0,1 bis 40 Gew.-% Petrolatum, 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-% Carnaubawachs, 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens eines zusätzlichen Wachses, 0,1 bis 30 Gew.-% dünnflüssiges Paraffinöl und/oder Silikonöl und 0 bis 40 Gew.-% mindestens eines zusätzlichen makro- und/oder mikrokristallinen Wachses.
