Jednostranne nebo oboustranne laminovaná heterogenní iontovýmenná membrána zahrnuje smes iontovýmenné pryskyrice v množství od 30 do 70 % hmotn. a hydrofobní termoplastické polymerní pojivo. Je ve forme kontinuálního pásu fólie laminovaná armující textilní sítovinou na bázi polypropylenu, polyesteru nebo polyamidu. Pri zpusobu výroby se fólie extruduje z roztaveného granulátu a zavádí spolu s armující textilní sítovinou a ochrannými separacními vrstvami, respektive fóliemi usporádanými po obou stranách sendvice fólie iontovýmenné membrány a armující textilní sítoviny, mezi alespon dva vyhrívané a vzájemne prestavitelné laminovací válce otácející se nucene stejnou obvodovou rychlostí, jimiž je laminovací textilní sítovina vtlacována do iontovýmenné fólie, nacež se konecná heterogenní iontovýmenná membrána ochlazuje pri predem stanoveném teplotním gradientu. Zarízení pro realizaci zpusobu výroby má extrudér (1) s extruzní hlavou (3), která ústí do vstupu laminovacího víceválce (7), pred kterým je usporádané alespon jedno odvíjecí zarízení (5) laminacní textilie a dve odvíjecky (6) ochranné separacní fólie. In the present invention, there is disclosed a single-side or two-side laminated heterogeneous ion-exchange membrane comprising a mixture of ion-exchange resin in an amount of 30 to 70 percent by weight and a hydrophobic thermoplastic polymer binder. The membrane is in the form of a continuous band of sheet laminated by a reinforcing textile netting based on polypropylene, polyester or polyamide. The manufacturing process thereof is characterized by extruding the sheet from a melted granulate and then introducing it along with the reinforcing textile netting and protective separation layers, in other words foils arranged on both sides of the sandwich of the ion-exchange membrane sheet and the reinforcing textile netting, between at least two heated laminating rollers adjustable relative to each another and rotating forcibly at the same circumferential speed whereby the rollers press the laminating textile netting into the ion-exchange sheet. Subsequently, the final heterogeneous ion-exchange membrane is cooled down at a predetermined temperature gradient. Apparatus for making the above-described process is provided with an extruder (1) with an extrusion head (3) arranged at the inlet of a laminating roller (7) wherein at least one unwinding device (5) of the lamination textile and two unwinders (6) of a protective separation foil are arranged in front of said laminating roller (7).
