Ho° k na pr Ükov uhl d le zahrnuje proud vychyluj c prost°edky pro odkl n n proudu sekund rn ho vzduchu (52), proud c ho ze sekund rn vzduchov trysky (11), sm rem k radi ln vn jÜ stran ho° ku tak, e sekund rn vzduch (52) je odch²len o ·hel (55) v rozmez od 60.degree. do 90.degree. sm rem radi ln ven vzhledem k centr ln ose trysky (10) ho° ku na pr Ükov uhl .\ In the present invention there is disclosed a pulverized coal burner comprising a pulverized coal nozzle (10) for jetting or spouting a mixture (13) of pulverized coal and primary air, a secondary air nozzle (11) concentrically arranged around the outer periphery of said pulverized coal nozzle (10), a tertiary air nozzle (12) concentrically arranged around the outer periphery of said secondary air nozzle (11) and an expanded portion (20) at the end of an outer peripheral partition wall (21) of said secondary air nozzle (11). The proposed pulverized coal burner further comprises flow deflecting means for deflecting secondary air (52) jetted from said secondary air nozzle (11) toward a radially outer side of the burner so that the secondary air (52) flows is deflected by an angle (55) within the range of 60 to 90 degrees radially outward with respect to said pulverized coal burner nozzle (10) central axis.
