Summary:The present invention relates to novel pyrido[1,2,3-d,e][1,3,4]benzoxadiazine derivatives of the formula (I) in which R is hydrogen or C1-C4-alkyl which is optionally substituted by hydroxyl or halogen, R independently of R is hydrogen or methyl, R is hydrogen or C1-C4-alkyl, R is hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, which is optionally substituted by hydroxyl, methoxy, amino, methylamino or dimethylamino, or (5-methyl-2-oxo-1,3-dioxol-4-yl)methyl, X is hydrogen or halogen, Z is a radical of the structure wherein R is hydrogen, hydroxyl, -NR R , hydroxymethyl or -CH2-NR R , carboxyl, methoxycarbonyl or ethoxycarbonyl, where R is hydrogen, C1-C3-alkyl which is optionally substituted by hydroxyl, or alkoxycarbonyl having 1 to 4 C atoms in the alkoxy moiety or C1-C3-acyl, and R is hydrogen or methyl, R is hydrogen, straight-chain or branched C1-C3-alkyl or cyclopropyl, R is hydrogen or methyl, R is hydrogen or methyl, R is hydrogen, methyl or radicals of the structures -CH=CH-CO2R<5'>, -CH2-CH2-CO2R<5'>, -CH2-CO-CH3, -CH2-CH2-CN, R<5'> is methyl or ethyl, B is -CH2-, O or a direct bond, their preparation and their use for the therapy or prevention of bacterial infections.
