Komplexy zlata v oxidačním stavu (+I) s .omega.-substituovanými deriváty 6-alkyloxy-9-deazapurinu a deriváty fosfanu, a jejich krystalosolváty, obecného vzorce I a II, kde substituenty mají specifický význam. In the present invention, there are disclosed gold complexes in oxidation state (+I) with {omega}-substituted derivatives of 6-alkyloxy-9-deazapurins and phosphane derivatives and their crystalline solvates, of the general formulae I and II, in which the substituent R1 is selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, alkynyl, substituted alkynyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkenyl, substituted cycloheteroalkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl. The complexes of the present invention are intended for use in medicine for the preparation of medicaments for the treatment of inflammatory and/or tumor diseases, particularly for the treatment of breast adenocarcinoma and/or osteosarcoma and/or lung carcinoma and/or malignant melanoma and/or cervical cancer and/or ovary carcinoma and/or ovary carcinoma resistant to cisplatin and/or prostate carcinoma.
