Abstract | The utility model is an effect-raising energy-saving environment protection device utilizing engine residual heat, which comprises an engine; an exhaust pipe arranged on the engine; a water pump arranged in the front of the engine; an outlet pipe and a return pipe arranged on the water pump; a warm wind conditioner is communicated with the outlet pipe and the return pipe; wherein, the heater is arranged on the exhaust pipe wall, the heater is communicated with the return pipe; a radiator is communicated with the return pipe between the heater and the water pump. The utility model adopts heater structure and heat-exchanges the waste heat with the liquid in a heater to raise the liquid temperature of the return pipe and heater, raises effectively the operating temperature of the engine, thus the fuel in the engine is burning sufficiently. The fuel is saved; the exhaust gas pollution to the environment is reduced. The utility model is characterized in that not only the efficiency of the engine is raised, component mechanical wear is decreased, but also realize energy-saving and environmental protecting. The utility model adopts a cooling device, and the temperature inside the vehicle can be raised. |
