Abstract | The utility model provides a digital controlled hydraulic stretching machine; the machine includes a machine frame which is arranged on a bearing oil box and integrated to one body by a round nut, a locking nut and an adjusting nut; the top of the machine frame is fixed with a guide element and a drawing oil tank to be connected with the punch element; the bottom of the machine frame is fixed with a mould-locking element and a mould-locking oil tank and still includes an electrical system, a digital control device and a hydraulic system. The beneficial effects are that the equipment has high production efficiency, small size and mould-locking force; the device has an amplification function to the mould-locking force; a small oil tank can produce the relatively large mould-locking force; the drawing depth is large and the device can save the energy and lower the consumption; when the device is used as the punch blanking and trimming, the drawing depth and mould-locking force can be adjusted according to the actual needs; thus the device effectively controls the molding quality of the products, improves the service life of the mould and prevents the breaking and wrinkling phenomena in the drawing process. The equipment can be widely used in all the industries which need the drawing technology, such as the automotive parts, fire equipment, aluminum products, ceramic products, stainless steel products, daily hardware and so on. |
