Abstract | The utility model discloses a guide bar electronic shogging controller which composes of a steel guide bar, a servo motor, a reset spring and a CPU control circuit. The controller is characterized in that the swing of an eccentric cam is driven by the servo motor and are both fixed on the cam arm. A push bar passes through the push bar fixation stand and a baffle board respectively. The push bar equips with a bearing on one end then connects with the eccentric cam, and is fixed to the steel guide bar on the other end. The servo motor controls the rotation direction and angle of the eccentric cam according to pattern design signals sent by the CPU control circuit, and applies the shogging produced by the eccentric cam on the steel guide bar through the push bar in a straight line, coordinates with the reset device installed on the head of the steel guide bar to accomplish the overall shogging of the steel guide bar. Hence, the present utility model provides simple control principle, flexible operation, simple error correction process, rapid operation of the machine. Since the pattern design and adoption are fully computerized, pattern changing can be conducted rapidly which not only ensures the shogging precision, but also reduces the cost greatly. |
