Summary:The utility model relates to an oil lubricating eccentric wear preventing rod column. When oil is pumped, an upper joint, a plunger piston, hollow rods and communicating joints are driven by an oil pumping machine to make up and down reciprocating movement, a pump barrel and a seal assembly are respectively sealed with the plunger piston and an oil pipe, and the seal assembly keeps still. Crude oil separated from well liquid pumped out by an oil pump piston gradually accumulates upwards through a communicating joint to fully fill the annular space of the hollow rods and the oil pipe. In regular production, well liquid enters the hollow rod and the plunger piston through a communicating hole of the communicating joint and is discharged from a communicating hole of the upper joint. The annular space of the hollow rods and the oil pipe is fully filled with crude oil, and no eccentric wear problem occurs among the hollow rods and the oil pipe under the lubricating action of the crude oil. Eccentric wear positions of a pipe column generally exist at the bottom of the pipe column, and if the utility model is used, few hollow rods are used, the material cost is low, and the hollow rods are positioned at the lower part of the rod column, so that the stress is light, and the reliability is high.
