A single-spindle magnetic speed-adjustable winder belongs to the plastic flat filament winding machinery. The major technique feature is that a magnetism adjusting plate (12) is provided between a driving magnetic disc and a driven magnetic disc; the magnetism adjusting plate (12) is arranged on the shaft end of a tension shaft (3); the driving magnetic disc contains a methyl-aluminium disc (8), a magnetic iron disc (13) and an aluminium disc (14); the magnetic iron disc (13) and the aluminium disc (14) are stacked to be fixedly arranged on the methyl-aluminium disc (8); the driven magnetic disc contains a magnetic basal disc (5), a pure iron disc (6) and a magnetic iron (15); the pure iron disc (6) and the magnetic iron (15) are stacked to be fixedly arranged on the magnetic basal disc (5); the magnetic basal disc (5) is matched to be connected with the key of the shaft end of a filament winding means (19), and a gland (7) is tightly connected with the magnetic basal disc (5); as the tension change of winding filament, this machine can implement the speed changing of the filament winding shaft by the magnetism adjusting plate (12) cutting the magnetic wire, which causes the filament winding tension to be equalized, to be accurate and causes the reaction to be sensitive, therefore, the quality of the flat filament spindle is increased, moreover, the structure is simple.
