The 9 is connected with the controlling end of the lamp 1 through the transistor Q11 and the comparator 11.The other 10 is connected with the quadruple controlling end 14 of the lamp 2 through the timing circuit, the transistor Q1, the transistor Q2, and the comparator 12.The utility model has the advantages that the controlling means can be accomplished which one path lights all the time and the other path lights timely. The solar energy powered garden lamp and the road lamp has the advantages of controlling reasonably, economizing electric energy, prolonging the use time of the light fitting.
