The utility model is characterized in that the working waterway hydrovalve is connected in parallel with a high pressure water pump outloading hydrovalve whose on-off action is opposite to the working waterway hydrovalve, the high pressure water pump outloading hydrovalve and each working waterway hydrovalve are all high pressure ball valves, the control arms arranged on which are respectively connected with an air cylinder which can control the movement of the high pressure ball valves or a hydraulic cylinder piston rod. The structure design of the utility model is simple, the high pressure water pump outloading hydrovalve and the working waterway hydrovalve can be controlled to take a reversed on-off action when the water pump starts and the working waterway hydrovalve switches over by utilizing the air cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder, thus reducing the impact of the start to the water pump and the transmission agent, prolonging the service life of the water pump, and avoiding the water pump locked-rotor phenomena which can happen in the process of switching over the working waterway hydrovalve, thereby the opening frequency of the water pressure safety valve is reduced, and the utility model can be widely applied to various water pump drive type cleaning vehicles.
